A sun-soaked beach cottage on Ipswich Bay
Water views, wood floors, a wood burning stove and a huge deck for grilling — a short walk from two private beaches in the heart of Annisquam.

A short walk to two private beaches, with sandy shores and tidal pools to explore.
Three bedrooms across two floors, a cot, three singles, and a finished basement den with table football.
Outdoor dining and a grill overlooking the garden and out toward the ocean.

Annisquam
A charming coastal enclave steeped in New England history, distinguished by winding lanes, clapboard houses and breathtaking views of Ipswich Bay.
Sailing, tidal inlets, local lighthouses, artisan boutiques and seafood at nearby eateries — a quintessential Cape Ann experience, an hour north of Boston.

“We are from the UK originally and moved to the Boston area in 2008. We fell in love with Annisquam and it is a dream to have a home here.”
